Our prices are $4000 per week during the summer season.

$3000 per week during the rest of the year.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless other arrangements have been made.

RESERVATIONS

Check the Calendar and contact us with a request and any questions.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with a signed lease to confirm reservation

Balance: The balance is due on arrival plus a $1000 security deposit which will be returned 14 days after departure if there is no damage, or excessive cleaning

Cancellation: If you cancel because of an emergency we will try to rent the House for the dates you reserved. If we succeed we will return your deposit, minus a $175 processing fee.
